MYJINI, owned and operated by IT Futurz (Us, We, Our) hereby inform You (the user/accessor of the Website and Mobile Application), of our policy pertaining to the storage, usage and disclosure of Personal Information received by Us from You whilst accessing the Website along with the Mobile Application therewith (‘The Platform’). By accessing our Platform, you have given your consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy. We use your Personal Information only for the purpose of using such information in a legitimate manner for promotions, information etc with respect to and for improving the Platform. You hereby agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection & Usage

While using the Platform, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information when you register on our Website or Mobile Application by way of filling out a form that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

A. Complete Name of the User

B. Picture of the User

C. Complete Address of the User including the name of the Housing Society

D. Contact details of the User as well as any other Secondary Users such as phone number and Email ID

E. Electronic device details including but not limited to

i. Attributes such as details of operating system, hardware version, software, device settings, file and software names, battery and signal strength and other related device identifiers.

ii. Device locations details such as specific geographic locations through GPS, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi signals.

iii. Connection information details such as name of the mobile operator, ISP, browser type, language and time zone, mobile phone number and IP Address.

The type of information we collect varies depending on the type of interaction you have with MY JINI. If you are using our Platform and you request information or download a Notice or any other document, we may collect personally identifiable information your name (or business name where applicable), email address, phone number, mailing address and IP address or other device information, and similar information. If we are receiving your personal information as a result of a transaction you have conducted with a merchant using the Platform, then we may receive and store details such as your name, identity information, transaction information, payment information, IP address or other device information, and similar information. Furthermore, If you are a merchant, when you apply for Services, go through our identity or account verification process, log into your account, communicate with us, upload content, respond to surveys or otherwise use the Services, we collect personal information such as your name, business name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, identification numbers and/or information, financial information, transaction information, IP address or other device information, and similar information. Information so collected from our Platform including public information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given over to any other entity without your express consent other than for the purpose of enhancing the efficiency of the services through our platform in the following manner – · To personalize your overall experience of our Platform as your information helps us to cater to your individual needs, which can be accommodated based on the feasibility. · To improve our Platform and enhancing the offerings on the basis of the information and subsequent feedback received from. · To prepare and undertake promotional activities including but not limited to marketing via emails, SMS’s and other mediums of communicating details of such promotional activities. · To improve and enhance customer service so that We are able to provide efficient and effective response to any services and support related queries. · To send periodic emails on the email address provided by you in order to send you any information, updates and notifications in regards to our Platform offerings as well as to inform you of any new company news, updates, service information etc. (You can also unsubscribe from receiving such emails, by contacting Us. However, the notifications and updates are set to default and cannot be unsubscribed unless mentioned at the time of ordering/confirmation as it is a part of the Platform offerings.) · To administer a contest, offering or other Platform features. However, We may release Your information when We believe it appropriate to do so in order to comply with existing or future changes in the law, enforcement of the Platform policies, or protection of Our or other’s rights, property, or safety. Furthermore, any non-personally identifiable generic information, which is input by persons including but not limited to the User during access to our Platform, is stored and collected therewith and the same may be provided to other parties for undertaking activities directly or indirectly incidental to the Services provided by the Platform. We are not legally restrained from sharing such non personally identifiable generic information as it is for the furtherance of enhancing and improving the Platform. Further, we may share your data with other merchant partners who operate their services through the Platform and are directly and incidentally included within the framework of Services provided by Us through the Platform.

Retention and Deletion of Information

While using the Platform, You input data including but not limited to personally identifiable data, visitor logs, Payment method information such as credit or debit card number or bank account information which is stored securely on our servers with abundant security protocols in place to ensure safety of such data stored. Such data stored on our servers is retained only for a period of 180 days from the date such data is input into the Platform by You whilst using Services in the capacity of a User. Data so collected can be stored beyond the period of 180 days subject to express consent given by You to store such data for a further period. Furthermore, such data may be deleted within a period of 60 to 90 days by any User instead of the standard 180 days only if such User expressly communicates such request for deletion to Us. Upon termination of the Services by Us, You or the Society, all such data shall be deleted after a period of 60 days from the date of termination thereof. It is to be noted that when the Society terminates our Services, all information including data provided by and forming a part of all User Accounts will automatically get deactivated and User and other information will be deleted in 60 days therewith.

Security Protocols

With reference to the Security protocols implemented and integrated in our Platform’s Services, we ensure the usage of the best security practices for protection of data collected and stored in our Servers including but not limited to protocols such as –

1. A 256 Bit Encryption for securing all data coming in and going out of the Platform.

2. A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate for ensuring protection of data through our Platform.

3. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) enabled encryption for ensuring a secure connection between the Platform servers and the User.

The security of your Personal Information is important to Us and we ensure that best possible efforts and preventive measures are implemented to safeguard all information provided by You in the absolute best possible manner. However, it is to be noted that no method of transmission of information over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While We strive to ensure that all data including your Personal Information is secured with adequate security measures, We cannot guarantee the absolute security and safety of such information.

The Website as well as the Mobile Applications available on various mobile application stores such as Google Play Store and the Apple App Store as well as other components forming a part of the Cloud based service suite including but not limited to the content received, stored, accessed and analyzed pertaining to the usage of the website and software is owned and operated solely by IT Futurz, a Limited Liability Partnership having its office at 112, Someshwar Square Vesu Rd Opposite Someshwar Enclave Vesu Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Gujarat 395007 (‘We/Us/Our/Ours’). ‘You/Your/User'(the user/accessor of the Cloud based service suite as well as the services provided, either free of cost or paid) hereby expressly agree that, upon accessing this website and the concerned Mobile Application forming a part of the Cloud based service suite, you accept the terms and conditions in respect of all such information provided by MY JINI and collected from you. Such acceptance shall be considered a valid and legally enforceable agreement between you and MY JINI. Furthermore, the services provided to you are non transferable, non exclusive and limited with the option of revoking the same as per the terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are an electronic record as per Section 2(1)(t) of the Information Technology Act 2000 (‘The IT Act’) and the data collected by accessing the data available on the Cloud based service suite including but not limited to the website and the mobile applications is formed as a part of data Under Section 2(1)(o) of the IT Act. The terms and conditions shall be updated as and when deemed necessary and the same would be conveyed to you as and when such updates are made. However, it is advised that you are well read and well aware of the contents of the Terms and Conditions including any updated versions thereof.

The following terms and conditions outline and highlight the rules and regulations for the use of the cloud based service suite including but not limited to the Website namely as well as the Mobile Application downloaded from the respective mobile application stores.

Interpretations/ Definitions

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements:

A. Confidential Information: For the purposes of these presents, the term “Confidential Information” shall mean and include any information, technical/non-technical/commercial or otherwise (whether in graphic, electronic, written or oral form), owned / possessed by / licensed to Us and disclosed or revealed to You or otherwise comes to the knowledge of the User during the course of the subscription, regardless of the fact that whether such information is marked proprietary and/or confidential or not. The term information includes but is not limited to-computer software (in object code or source code form), application programs, operating systems, data pertaining to Our customers and other data pertaining to Our business, database information services, products, product plans and concepts, development techniques, processes, methods, systems, designs, dimensions, diagrams, models, documents, sketches, ideas, formulae, development or experimental work, e-commerce solutions, books, hardware as also information relating to trade secrets, personnel, business and development plans for new or improved products or processes, ongoing projects, manuals, materials, photographs, price lists, samples, reports, findings, customers and vendors/suppliers list, marketing and business strategies, purchasing, pricing and business forecasts, financial status, distribution network and methods, Inventions, patentable and copyrightable work and any other information relating to Our Intellectual Property. However, the confidentiality obligations hereunder shall not apply to Confidential Information which a) is, or later becomes, public knowledge other than by breach of the provisions of these presents; or b) is in the possession of a Receiving Party with the full right to disclose prior to its receipt from Us, as evidenced by written records; or c) is independently received by the Receiving Party from a third party, with no restrictions on disclosure.

B. “Party” means T6 Solutions LLP being the Service provider and the User availing the Services provided to it.

C. “Services” means all those tangibles and intangibles, being non-transferrable, services offered by the Owner i.e. T6 Solutions LLP, through its Cloud based Service Suite including but not limited to the Website namely as well as the Mobile Application downloaded from the concerned mobile application stores as per the terms of Service Subscription. The list of services provided by Us are available on the Website and the same are subject to any alterations, modifications, amendment, addition or deletion at the sole discretion of the Owner

Information Safety

D. “Service provider” means T6 Solutions LLP, being the sole owner and conductor of the Services provided to the User.

E. “Society” means a co-operative Housing society or an apartment condominium and any other such organization formed as per laws for the time being in force.

F. “MY JINI Suite” means the Cloud based service suite designed and developed and in continuous development for providing various services to co-operative societies, apartment condominium and other such entities including but not limited to its website, its Mobile Application ‘MY JINI’, available on the Mobile Platforms as well as the Social Media handles operated and maintained by Us.

G. “Subscription Charges” means the monthly/quarterly / yearly user charges payable by You to Us and determined by Us from time to time.

H. “Terms of Use” means the terms and conditions agreed between Us and You in respect of the services to be provided by Us to You. (This document enumerating the terms and conditions in respect of the services is hereinafter referred to as ‘these presents’)

I. “User content” means material (including but not limited to text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that You feed into and/or upload on the MY JINI Suite for whatever purposes.


We employ the use of first party cookies as well as third party cookies, which are small files placed on your electronic devices that aid and assist Us in providing Our services and to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for those accessing the MY JINI Suite. By accessing the MY JINI Suite, You have agreed to use cookies in agreement with Our Privacy Policy. However, You are always free to decline our cookies if permitted by your web browser with the result that certain feature may not be accessible/You many not be able to use.


Unless otherwise stated, We own the intellectual property rights for all the materials and information such as text, pictures and audio-visual data published on the MY JINI Suite except for those material and information that are provided to us by any third-party service providers. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access all such materials and information available on MY JINI Suite for your own personal use. However, You are not entitled to do the following upon access of such material and information:

  • Republish information and material from the MY JINI Suite.
  • Sell, rent or sub-license information and material from the MY JINI Suite.
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from the MY JINI Suite.
  • Redistribute content from the MY JINI Suite.

User Account, Password & Security

By accessing/registering on the MY JINI Suite, you hereby declare that you are of 18 years and above and any liability, either civil, criminal or tortious, arising out of such underaged access shall wholly and completely rest upon you. In the event that the registration is being made by an agent or authorized person on Your behalf, the necessary Power of Attorney or Authority Letter shall be handed over to Us failing which any liability, either civil, criminal or tortious, arising thereof shall wholly and completely rest upon You. Upon successful completion of the registration process on the website/mobile application along with payment of the required Subscription Charges depending upon the services so availed, You shall be provided with an alphanumeric/numeric User ID and such other number of sub-User IDs as required. You shall solely be responsible for ensuring that the User ID provided to You is secured with an appropriate password as per Your liking and convenience and You shall also be solely responsible for securing the User ID against any unauthorized access. We ensure adequate security measures and data protection protocols as mandated by the law in force and therefore any liability arising out of any unauthorized access to Your User ID due to lapse on Your part shall not lie on Us.

In the event that You are aware of any unauthorized access to your User ID, You shall immediately initiate the ‘Forgot Password’ protocols and change the password to ensure protection of your User ID and subsequently contact Us so that appropriate actions can be taken by Us to ensure protection of your User ID and the data linked to such ID. At the same time, by registering on the Platform and availing the services therein, You hereby give your express consent to contact you over email, text message, voice call and other related modes of communication in regards to the services provided to you including but not limited to securing the User ID and Password reset protocols.

Usage & Access

Your usage of the MY JINI Suite shall be restricted within the limits prescribed by Us and You shall not cause any damage, impediments or impairment to the availability and accessibility of the MY JINI Suite on account of the usage granted to you. You shall not use the MY JINI Suite in a manner which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or use it in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity or do anything not permitted by the law in force or under this contract. Further, You shall not use the MY JINI Suite to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software. You shall not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities on or in relation to this MY JINI Suite without express written consent from Us nor shall You use the MY JINI Suite or any part of it to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications or for the purposes of marketing. In the event of any of the aforementioned incidents occurring or even otherwise, We reserve the right to modify, restrict or even disable the services provided to you without any prior intimation or notice. In case of access to certain portions of the MY JINI Suite, we reserve the right to grant You such restricted access and at Our own discretion.

Payments & Refund Policy

The payment for the Subscription Charges to the MY JINI Suite services are accepted by Us either through offline methods such as Demand Draft or Cheque from any banking financial institution as well as through offline methods such as National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT), Immediate Payment Services (IMPS), Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) or through the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) to the account, details of which are provided by Us at the time of registration of our Services.

You shall ensure that the payments for the services provided are duly made on time as per the instructions mentioned by Us in the manner prescribed by Us without causing any untoward delay. Non-payment of the requisite Subscription Charges shall result in either suspension / termination of Our services provided to you and We shall be further entitled to claiming such amounts due and pending from You for the services provided to you till the date of suspension of services. We further reserve the right to modify the rates of the Subscription Charges as and when deemed necessary.

In the event of refund of the Subscription Charges, the same is subject to Our discretion depending on the facts and circumstances including the percentage of such refund to be given in the event of termination of the Services either by You or by Us. Furthermore, in relation to making payments of essentials not forming a part of our Services but are ancillary thereto, We provide a Payment Gateway, which is a platform for authenticating details of debit/credit cards, and a Nodal Account, which receives payments made on Payment Gateway and thereafter automatically transfers the same to the merchant account to whom payment of such essentials is receivable and due. We clarify that any data including but not limited to information such as credit card and debit card details are not stored by Us whilst making Payments through the Payment Gateway. It is to be noted, even with the necessary precautions taken by us, that with respect to the Payment Gateway, it is owned and operated by the System Aggregator and We are, in no manner whatsoever, in charge or responsible for the regulation, upkeep or maintenance of the Payment Gateway. With respect to the Nodal Account, the same is owned and maintained by us but are operated by the Banking Partner but still we ensure that necessary safety and security measures are in place to facilitate payments made and processed through the Nodal Account. We are not accountable/liable in any manner whatsoever, for any loss incurred or payment errors as a result of any technical glitches such as downtime, network congestion, outages, scheduled maintenance, or such other events that are faced by the Payment Gateway and Nodal Account which are beyond Our reasonable control. We merely provide a payment link on the MY JINI Suite for payment of essentials which shall direct You to the Payment Gateway and thereafter processing the payment to the Merchant through the Nodal Account. Payments made herein may include any additional fees/charges applicable which shall be borne by You. The payments for essentials provided on the Socieyt Now Suite include but are not limited to:

a. Utility payments including but not limited to Property Tax, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bills, or as applicable and being channeled through the National Payments Corporation of India portals such as Bharat Bill Pay System among several others.

b. Charges including but not limited to Society Maintenance Charges, Rental Charges for Utilizing Amenities as prescribed by the Housing Society.

c. Rental Payments made by You, in the capacity of a Tenant, to the Flat Owner/Landlord.

d. Any other payments as may be available/included as a part of the MY JINI Suite.

With regards to the Non-payment of essential services by You, We shall not be held accountable and responsible in any manner whatsoever including but not limited to any loss, liability or injury suffered by You or caused by You on account of such Non-payment. We merely act as a facilitator to make payments therewith by way of the MY JINI Suite. With specific reference to the payment being made towards Society Maintenance Charges, the generation of the concerned invoices shall be the sole responsibility of the Authorized Person so appointed/designated by the Society.

Refunds of payments made for the essential services as mentioned above shall be as follows:

a. For Utility Payments, refunds shall be processed, if applicable, as per the policy of the Bharat Bill Pay System.

b. For Society Maintenance Payments and Rental Payments, refund would be initiated as per the arrangement between the Participating Bank (From where payment is made), Intermediary Bank (Where the Nodal Account is operated from), the Receiving Bank (Where the amounts paid are eventually deposited) and the Payment Gateway concerned. You may contact us in case you wish to know details regarding the refund policy therewith.

The normal time period for settlement of account (when the payment finally reached the Merchant’s account) shall be T+3 days where T is the date on which the payment has been initiated by You. This time period for settlement of account is as per existing Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Regulation No RBI/2009-10/231 DPSS.CO.PD.No.1102 /02.14.08/ 2009-10 which is subject to modifications or amendments and therefore the time period for settlement shall vary in accordance with any such future modifications or amendments made by the RBI.

Uploading of User Content

You shall be absolutely responsible for uploading of any content on the MY JINI Suite as well as the accuracy of the content. We shall not be held liable for any erroneous, inaccurate, incorrect or inappropriate data uploaded by You. Nevertheless, You shall not upload any content which is incriminating, discriminatory or barred by law or infringing legal rights of a third party. We further reserve the right to edit or remove any such material without any advance notice. We do not claim to monitor all the user content uploaded on its website or web application and shall not be held responsible for abuse of the MY JINI Suite site done by You. Furthermore, in the event that you notice any content that is deemed to be offensive for any reason whatsoever, You are free to contact and inform Us any moment. We will consider requests to remove any such content deemed to be offensive but We are not obligated to or so or to respond to You directly.

Warranty of Services

A. It is stated that all the content made available on the MY JINI Suite(including but not limited to software) and services ancillary, included on or otherwise made available to You through the MY JINI Suite are provided on “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied except otherwise specified in writing.

B. We further do not warrant that the technology platform, information, content, product (including software) or services included on or otherwise made available to You through the MY JINI Suite are free of downtime, viruses, malware, or other similar components.

We provide a Hardware Device for ensuring smooth flow of our Services including but not limited to devices such as a Mobile Device at the Society Entrance and any warranty in respect of such Hardware Devices shall be the same as what is provided by the Manufacturer of such Hardware Devices. We do not provide any warranty over and above the warranty prescribed by the Manufacturer and You ensure that the Hardware Devices so provided shall be maintained and managed in the safest manners. Any loss or damage of such Hardware Devices shall be borne by you and accordingly the same cost borne for such loss or damage shall be provided to Us.


A. With regards to collecting data pertaining to the general information about the Users, We are collecting it for the purposes of providing services to the User itself and is not using the said information for any other commercial purposes. Thus, Our liability and that of our directors, managers, officers, affiliates and associates, under no circumstances whatsoever, in respect of claims/ obligations arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount of 1-year Subscription Charges price on pro rata basis.

B. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be held responsible or liable for theft, security breach, or any other unusual or illegal activity that occurs in the premises of the apartment complex / gated complex/ housing society, as the services of the Company are provided on a best effort basis. You are solely responsible to contact the respective law enforcement agencies and report any such unusual or illegal activity.

C. Subject to applicable law, We, our directors, managers, officers affiliates and associates shall also not be held liable for (a) an indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, (b) damages relating to failures of telecommunications, the internet, electronic communications, human errors, corruption, security, loss or theft of data, viruses, spyware, loss of business, revenue, profits or investment, or use of software. The above limitations apply even if We and our affiliates and associates have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


By accessing the MY JINI Suite and availing the related services therein provided, You hereby promise to keep Us indemnified and to completely defend and safeguard Us and our affiliates, associates, subcontractors, officers, directors, partners, consultants, representatives and agents and You further explicitly agree to keep Us harmless from any and all such claims, liability, costs, damages, obligations or expenses (including but not restricted to legal fees and costs)arising as a direct consequence of the usage of the Services provided by Us to You on the following grounds, namely:

  • Your use of and access to the MY JINI Suite and software platform for payment of any charges or amounts including but not limited to the amounts paid towards Subscription Charges, Society Maintenance Charges, Utility Bill payments and Rental Payments forming a part and parcel of our Services
  • Your violation of any of the clauses specified in the Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy.
  • Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

Provided further that any such liability costs, damages, obligations or expenses is not on account of any unauthorized access, acts of fraud, misrepresentation or negligence undertaken by Us or our employees.


We may transfer, assign or otherwise deal with Our rights in the MY JINI Suite and/ or obligations under these presents without any prior notice to You and without obtaining prior consent from You. However, You shall not be entitled to transfer, assign or otherwise deal with its rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions in favor of any third party whatsoever.

Non Disclosure

By signing these presents, the parties to these set of Terms and Conditions i.e. You as the User and Us as the Service Provider, undertake to take all necessary steps to protect the confidential information disclosed to each other in connection with the services, from any unauthorized or inadvertent use, disclosure or publication and further, to maintain in confidence and not to disclose, disseminate or use, directly or indirectly, any confidential information possessed by Us or You, to any third party, either in written, electronic or oral form, without prior written approval from the other party. You also agree and undertake not to copy, store or remove the confidential information in any other form except for the purposes for which it is assigned to it and with prior permission from Us. The above obligation to maintain confidence and non-disclosure shall run till the lifetime of such confidential information and even after its assignment by Us to any other person or entity, unless We decide to bring the information in public domain.

Termination of Services

You agree that in the event of termination of Services provided by Us, You may terminate the Services provided to you by MY JINI Suite only upon issuing a Notice, specifically in written form, in advance of Thirty (30) days from the date of such termination sought by You. We reserve the right to terminate our Services provided to you either in our best interest or in the event of any material breach of these Terms and Conditions without refund of the Subscription Charges Upon termination, the User shall lose all its rights to access its account related to the paid Services through the medium of the MY JINI Suite.
